Dr. Mitchell Jang was born and raised in The Bay Area, hailing from the small town of Belmont. He received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University (Boston, MA) and then attended the University of the Pacific Dugoni School of Dentistry here in San Francisco where he received his DDS. When not practicing, you can find him at your local escape room, riding the next biggest roller coaster, or just playing pickup soccer.

Helen is a San Francisco native. She began her career as a dental assistant over 18 years ago. She enjoys connecting with patients and making sure their office visit is met with quality care and comfort. When not in the office she enjoys spending time with her family.

Abbie, RDA

Abbie was born and raised in San Francisco. She graduated from the CCSF Dental Assisting Program in 2025. When she’s not in the office she enjoys cooking, crocheting and spending time with her family and her 2 senior dogs.

Sarah, Office Manager

Sarah is originally from New Jersey and moved to San Francisco back in 2022. She met Dr. Jang (just Mitchell back then) while attending Northeastern University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Previously a Corporate Real Estate PM, she is excited to be involved in the family business with her husband, Dr. Jang! Outside of the office, Sarah is usually spending time with friends and family, attending concerts, or cuddling with their dog, Rosie.

Lilian, Office Manager

Lilian was born in the Philippines, but was raised in the Haight-Ashbury and Sunset districts of San Francisco. She has been the office manager at Capuli Dental for the past 11 years where she enjoys her daily interactions with the patients. Outside of the office, Lilian is a lifelong Bay Area sports fan of the Warriors, Valkyries, 49ers, Giants and Sharks. She is also very active with her church community.
