The Philips Sonicare 1100 does not have any bells or whistles, all it does is provide great sonic toothbrush technology in a small form factor. It is cheap to buy on amazon and an added bonus is the replacement heads are extremely reasonable. It may not be the fanciest or glamourous, but it gets the job done and it gets it done effectively.
Morning Toothpaste

Fygg toothpaste is a fluoride free Nanohydroxyapatite toothpaste that specializes in remineralizing enamel and combating sensitivity. Nanohydroxyapatite is still in its early phases, however it has shown that it can be an effective addition to any home care routine. IT DOES NOT REPLACE FLUORIDE TOOTHPASTE, but should be use in conjunction with fluoride toothpaste in order to rebuild enamel and strengthen it.
Night Toothpaste
hello Fluoride Toothpaste
Why does he use this?
hello toothpaste is a stripped down version of a traditional fluoride toothpaste that contains none of the additional additives that many other brands use. hello contains no SLS, has no artificial sweeteners or flavors, no dyes, no parabens, and no titanium dioxide. It is purely what your teeth need.
Floss
220 Dentistry Floss Picks
Why does he use this?
For Dr. Jang the best type of floss is the floss you use. Studies say that string floss with correct technique is the most effective plaque removal method for between your teeth, HOWEVER, it is also well documented that floss picks are much easier to use for most populations of people and has very similar plaque removal when using correct technique. No matter how much you brush your teeth, always remember, floss is boss and should always be part of a home care routine and that is why I give floss to all of my patients.
